Contact Mahi Info Tech
We genuinely like hearing from readers. Whether a guide left a question unanswered, you have spotted a mistake, you would like us to cover a particular topic, or you want to discuss working together, please get in touch.
Reader questions shape a great deal of what we publish. Several of our most-read guides exist for no other reason than that somebody wrote in and asked for them, so please do not hesitate.
What to Contact Us About
- Questions a guide did not answer. If we left a gap, we would like to know so we can fill it.
- Corrections. If something is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us. We will fix it and we will be grateful.
- Topic requests. Tell us what you want explained and we will add it to the list.
- Partnerships and collaboration. We are open to sensible proposals that do not compromise our editorial independence.

Before You Write
If your question is a common one, the answer may already be waiting. Our guides on cybersecurity, fixing slow WiFi, speeding up a slow phone and backing up your data between them answer the large majority of what people write in about. It is always worth a look first — you may get your answer in two minutes rather than waiting for a reply.
Thank you for reading Mahi Info Tech.
How We Handle Your Message
Everything sent through this page is read by a person. We aim to reply within a few working days, though a detailed technical question may take a little longer because we would rather give you a considered answer than a fast, useless one.
Your message and email address are used only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass your details to anyone, and we do not send unsolicited marketing. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we do and do not do with the information you send.
Suggesting a Topic
Topic requests are genuinely welcome and they shape a large part of what we publish. If you have searched for something and found only vague, contradictory or obviously sponsored answers, that is exactly the kind of gap we want to fill.
When suggesting a topic, it helps to tell us what you actually tried, what confused you, and what you were hoping to find. That context is far more useful than the topic title alone, because it tells us what the existing coverage is failing to do.
Reporting an Error
If you spot something wrong, out of date, or unclear, please tell us. We would much rather be corrected than leave bad information online, and security advice in particular goes stale quickly — outdated security advice is worse than none at all.
Corrections are made promptly and we do not quietly bury them. If a change is significant, we note it on the page.
Partnerships and Collaboration
We are open to sensible proposals that do not compromise our editorial independence. What that means in practice: our recommendations are not for sale, we will not publish content written by someone else under our name, and we will not add links because someone paid for them.
If that still sounds like a fit, get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.
Thank You for Reading
Whether you write to us or not, thank you for spending time with Mahi Info Tech. We built this because we thought technology writing could be more honest, more useful and considerably clearer than most of what is out there. If we have managed that even once for you, it was worth doing.
